Description:
This activity tracks both right and wrong answers while it determines whether the student can receptively identify each an word taught in Hooked on Phonics, when given a set of 4 words to choose from. The computer requests a word through spoken directions and a picture cue. Each response is sent to a message display box on the response page. The words can be shuffled on each page so the student won’t memorize the position of the word. All responses made on each page are tracked. Wrong responses are indicated with the word followed by an X. The responses can be printed out, allowing the teacher to print out a copy for data collection. Just clear the message display box if the student wants to start again. The student can go to a page to sort at from an words or a page of reward videos.
